  • Pecans – a great source of vitamins and minerals, including manganese, magnesium, zinc, phosphorus, and vitamin A. They also provide B vitamins, which help with energy metabolism. Nutrients like thiamine, manganese, and antioxidants can help protect cognitive function.

  • 1/3 cup raw cashews
  • 4 medjool dates, pitted

    1. Hi! I would use almonds over walnuts a walnuts have a stronger taste! If using almonds, it’ll have a slight almond flavor but should still be delicious! I haven’t tried it and can’t say for sure, though. Let me know how it goes!
