Texture of two ingredient Rolo’s

How to make two ingredient rolo’s

Equipment:

Ingredients:

  • Dates: Medjool dates work best!
  • Chocolate: I like to use Hu Kitchen chocolate to keep these refined sugar free, but you can use your favorite! If you want to use my code for a discount, it’s “danishealthyeats“.

Instructions:

  • Melt the chocolate in a medium bowl until smooth. Add a little to the bottom of the mold, then place in the freezer for a few minutes.
  • Rip the dates in half and roll the halves into balls. Once the bottom chocolate layer is firm, add a ball to each crevice of the mold. Cover in remaining chocolate.
  • Place back in the freezer for 2-3 hours before removing from the mold. Enjoy!
