These granola crunch bites are the perfect no-bake recipe to prep for the week! I love having a sweet and salty snack stashed in the freezer for when my sweet tooth hits. Anyone else need a lunch dessert? Because I do, and these are the best!

Are these granola crunch bites healthy?
Yes! But it definitely depends on the ingredients you use. I choose a granola that is refined sugar-free and generally lower in sugar. You can always make your own granola and use that as well! Other than that, it’s made with whole-food based ingredients.
Are they gluten-free and vegan?
Yes, depending on the ingredients you use! I use a gluten-free granola!
So what is in the granola crunch bites?
Granola: The star of the show, obviously! You can really use any flavor or variety in these. Switch it up – have some fun! I have been loving the Purely Elizabeth brand!
Sunflower seed butter: You can swap out the sunflower seed butter for any nut or seed butter. I have made these with peanut butter, almond butter, and tahini and they were all great.
Maple syrup: This is the sweetener and binder of the recipe. You can sub it out with your favorite sticky sweetener.
Chocolate Chips: This is for coating the granola crunch bites. I love Hu Kitchen, as it is refined sugar-free and tastes amazing! You can use the code “danishealthyeats” on their site for a discount!
Maca: This is totally optional but I love the taste and benefits of maca so I always add it in!
How to make the granola crunch bites:
They couldn’t be easier! You just process the ingredients together, drop by spoonfuls onto a lined cookie sheet, and pop in the freezer for a bit so they can firm up. Then, when they’ve hardened, you’ll melt the chocolate, dip them, and return to the freezer to set up!
