This pink Strawberry Watermelon probiotic smoothie is as nourishing and hydrating as it is pretty- packed full of gut-healthy probiotics and protein! Super customizable, this smoothie can be made vegan and with or without protein powder! It is truly the ultimate healthy summer beverage!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup cubed watermelon
  • squeeze of lime (1/2-1 small lime, to taste)
  • 1/2-3/4 cup THICK vanilla greek or coconut yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional, but delish)
  • pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Blend the fruit:Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
  • Taste and adjust:If you'd like it tangier, add more lime. For a thicker texture, add a few ice cubes and re-blend. If you want it sweeter, add a dash of honey.
  • Serve immediately:Pour into a tall glass over ice, garnish with a slice of lime or strawberry if you’re feeling fancy, and enjoy!
