These are the yummiest bars, especially if you’re a Girl Scouts Cookie lover! They come together so quickly and are the perfect healthy treat to have stashed in the freezer!

Ingredients
Base
1/3 cup coconut flour
1/3 cup protein powder
1/3 cup oat flour
1/3 cup melted coconut oil or olive oil
4 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
Filling
3/4 cup almond butter
*
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup toasted coconut flakes
Pinch of sea salt
Topping
1 1/3

chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350f.
Combine all the base ingredients together until a sticky dough forms.
Spread into the bottom of an 8x8 pan. Bake for 18-20 mins or until golden around the edges. Let cool.
Mix together all the filling ingredients until completely smooth. Spread over the base.
Melt the chocolate until smooth (add a little coconut oil to thin if needed) and spread it evenly over the top.
Pop in the freezer to set! Cut into bars & enjoy!

*Any nut or seed butter will work.
