The viral magic shell yogurt cup took over the social media world this summer (all over TikTok and Instagram), so we are bringing it back with a fall spin.. enter this pumpkin magic shell yogurt cup! It's packed with protein, antioxidants, and fiber, making it the perfect snack or dessert!
1servingcoconut yogurt or greek yogurt(i used a4oz container)
2tbsppumpkin puree*you can add more if you like!
1/2tsppumpkin pie spice
1-1 1/2tbspmaple syrup*more as needed
1tbspcashew butter
Splashof milk, as/if needed
1 1/2tbspof your favorite protein powder*I used pumpkin spice, but vanilla or caramel would be great! Can also sub collagen.
1/4tspvanilla extract

2-3tbspchocolate chips, of choice
Instructions
Add all of the yogurt ingredients to a small bowl, mixing well. Taste and adjust the flavor as you'd like (more maple syrup, spice, etc.). If your mixture is too thick, add a splash of milk until it's your desired consistency.
Melt the chocolate in a separate small bowl, until smooth. Pour it over the yogurt, spreading it out evenly. I added a sprinkle of chopped pecans.
Place in the freezer for 15-20 minutes until the chocolate has hardened. Then, enjoy!
If not eating straight away, cover the bowl and leave it in the fridge so that the yogurt doesn't freeze.
