Original "LIFE" smoothie recipe

  • 8 oz spinach or kale
  • 2 1/4 cups blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 cup plant-based milk

My version (a little less fruit, more protein)

  • 1 scoop protein
  • 1 huge handful of spinach or kale
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter or almond butter (healthy fats!)

Instructions
 

  • Simply add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth! Enjoy.
