Homemade Beauty Juice Shots

These homemade wellness shots are a simple yet powerful addition to your self-care routine! By combining the skin-loving benefits of strawberries, beets, lemon, and oranges with hydrating coconut water, you can create a delicious shot that nourishes your body from the inside out! Best part, is these shots can be made in a blender or a juicer!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium or 1 large beet *SEE NOTES
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 1-2" knob of ginger
  • 1/3 cup coconut water *or filtered water
  • 1/4 cup aloe vera juice (or more coconut water)
  • 1-2 scoops collagen *totally optional!

Instructions
 

  • Wash & peel the fruit and ginger, if using. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until super smooth.
  • Place a fine mesh strainer over a large mason jar (or something similar) and pour the mixture through the strainer, using a spoon to press it down to get the juice through. You may not have much pulp - that's normal! Then pour this mixture into your glass containers!

Note: You can use pre-cooked beets as well - I like the brand Love Beets.
