Wash & peel the fruit and ginger, if using. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until super smooth.
Place a fine mesh strainer over a large mason jar (or something similar) and pour the mixture through the strainer, using a spoon to press it down to get the juice through. You may not have much pulp - that's normal! Then pour this mixture into your glass containers!
