You can make healthy spinach tortillas with 3 ingredients, in under 15 minutes! These pliable wraps are absolutely delicious and work great for dairy-free, gluten-free, paleo, and keto diets! Use them for sandwich wraps, breakfast wraps, or anywhere you'd use a regular wrap!

1cuppacked spinach
2eggs
1 1/2tspnutritional yeast*optional. Gives a cheesy flavor!
Good pinch salt & pepper
1/4tspgarlic powder
dried herbs & seasonings of choice
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350F.
Add all ingredients to a blender, blending until smooth.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then grease it with a little drizzle of oil or avocado oil spray.
Pour the mixture slowly onto the pan. It's okay if it's not a perfect circle! You can also spread it out a bit to form a rectangle wrap. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, then remove.
Let the wrap cool for a bit, until it no longer looks wet. Then use!
