These healthy granola bites are the best treat to prep for the week! They're sweet, salty, crunchy bites of heaven and you only need a few ingredients to throw them together.
1/2cupsunflower seed butter, almond butter, peanut butter, etc.
1/4cupmaple syrup
2tbspcoconut oilmelted
1tspmaca(optional)
1 1/4cupschocolate chips
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients, besides the granola and chocolate, until smooth. Stir in the granola. Add more if needed, you don't want the mixture to be runny.
Drop by balls onto a cookie sheet and place in the freezer until firm.
Melt the chocolate. Quickly dip each bite into the chocolate and return to the freezer to set. Enjoy!
