Collagen coffee creamer is getting lots of hype online. It's a fun way to effortlessly add extra protein and collagen into your diet. Instead of paying tons of money for them, you can easily make your own! Just simply follow my dairy-free creamer recipe in the recipe card below and add in a scoop or two of your favorite collagen powder! I love the brand Just Ingredients - they're incredibly high quality and I really trust them. You can use my code "DaniBreiner" for a discount!
This is totally optional, however, and if you are vegan, you can add in a scoop of your favorite flavored protein powder. I love adding Macro Mike Salted Caramel Almond Protein as it adds a ton of flavor and sweetness to the recipe without added sugar.
I love these glass milk pitchers for storage!
*Substituting dates: Keep in mind the dates are what gives the creamer it's sweetness and caramel-like flavor. However, if you want to leave them out, add an extra tbsp or two maple syrup. You can also use salted caramel monk fruit drops - these will add caramel flavor with no sugar.
