Ingredients
  

  • 1/4-1/2 frozen banana *optional
  • 1-2 medjool dates, pitted (adds a caramel flavor!)
  • 2 espresso shots (optional, but so yum!)
  • 1/3 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup rolled or quick oats *optional
  • 1/3 cup THICK coconut yogurt or greek yogurt
  • 1 - 1 1/2 scoop of your favorite protein powder *I like vanilla, chai, or salted caramel
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds or chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or paste
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cashew or almond butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup plant milk, as needed

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender, blending until super smooth. Pour into your glass and enjoy!
