Banana Latte (with real bananas - no syrups!)
This homemade Banana Latte is my take on the viral favorite—thick, creamy, and perfectly sweet with a warming touch of cinnamon. Made with real bananas, no artificial flavors or syrups and an optional dose of collagen, it’s an energizing, fun way to enjoy your morning coffee or for an afternoon boost. Ready in minutes and delicious hot or cold!

For the banana milk
- 1 super ripe banana
- 1 1/4 cups milk of choice
- 1 tbsp cashew or almond butter
- 1 scoop collagen *optional! I linked the brand I use in the notes!
- 1/4-1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of sea salt (Don't skip!)
For the latte
- 2 espresso shots
- banana milk, as needed
- 1 tbsp sweetener of choice (maple syrup, honey, monk fruit) *maple syrup is delicious!
- *I topped mine with a crushed simple mills sweet thin!
Add the banana milk ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
For hot lattes: Add 2 shots of espresso into a tall, heat proof mug or glass. Gently warm the banana milk on the stove over low heat (do not boil), then pour it over the coffee. Taste and adjust to desired sweetness. To make it extra frothy, finish with a milk frother after combining. Stir & enjoy!
For iced lattes: Add your banana milk to a glass, filling about 3/4 of the way full. Add 2 espresso shots, sweetener of choice, and ice. you can even top with some cold foam if you'd like! Stir & enjoy!
Can I make it a frappuccino? YES! SO delicious. Try my banana frappuccino here!
Collagen: This is optional, but I love adding collagen to my coffees (and it makes them frothy!). I love this brand!
Super ripe banana: Be sure your banana is super spotty - if it's not ripe enough, it will not be good!
