When you can't decide between chia pudding or a smoothie for breakfast, this layered dragonfruit chia smoothie is the best of both worlds! It is full of healthy fats, fiber, and protein, all of my breakfast non-negotiable! Making sure to include these at every meal, will ensure you stay satiated until your next meal!
Blend all of the chia pudding ingredients together until smooth. You can whisk it or blend it in a blender. Add to the bottom of your jar. Place in the fridge for 5-10 minutes to set up a little.
Top with an optional layer of granola.
When ready to eat, blend the fruit together until thick and smooth, using as little liquid as possible to make it thick! Pour over the chia pudding, top with. more granola, and enjoy!
