The Best S'mores Latte

We are ditching the $8 coffee shop lattes for this homemade S'mores Latte recipe! Made with a quick homemade chocolate milk, healthy marshmallow fluff, and espresso, it gives all the flavor of the classic campfire treat without heavy syrups or refined sugar!

Ingredients
  

Chocolate milk

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 3-4 cups filtered water (for extra thick milk, use 3 cups)
  • 3-4 tbsp maple syrup or monk fruit OR 3-4 pitted medjool dates
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Marshmallow fluff

For the espresso

  • 2 espresso shots
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • good pinch of sea salt *don't skip!

Instructions
 

Chocolate milk

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.Blend on high for a couple minutes until completely smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness or chocolate intensity. Store leftovers in an air-tight container in the fridge & shake before use!

Assembling the latte

  • Add the honey, sea salt, and cinnamon to the bottom of a bowl or espresso cup. Brew your espresso shots over top of it. Then, use a whisk to mix it well so the honey disolves.
  • Add some marshmallow fluff to the sides of your glass. Then add ice, the espresso, and lastly, the milk.
  • You can dollop the marshmallow fluff over top or use a piping bag and pipe it over the top. I love sprinkling over a crushed Siete or Simple Mills cookie for extra fun! Enjoy!
