Creamy cinnamon roll overnight oats are like having dessert for breakfast but they're healthy, protein-packed, and super quick and easy! Warm cinnamon spice, and coconut yogurt to give that tangy frosting feel, this delicious recipe will quickly become a favorite breakfast meal prep!
1tbspcoconut sugar (or maple syrup, brown sugar, etc)*coconut sugar gives more cinnamon roll flavor!

Instructions
Note: Feel free to double or triple the recipe for meal prep!
In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients, mixing well until combined. You can taste the mixture and adjust it as you’d like (sweetener, spice, etc.)
Divide the mixture amongst your jars and place in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours, preferably overnight.
When you’re ready to eat, give the oats another stir, add your desired toppings, and enjoy!
