Course Dessert, Snack

Ingredients

Bark

  • 3/4 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
  • 1/3 cup protein powder (I used a peanut butter chocolate flavor)
  • 2 scoops collagen (optional! Don't add more protein)
  • 5 tbsp cacao powder
  • 5 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of sea salt

Topping

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp coconut oil (optional, but helps thin it out!)
  • chopped peanuts & flakey sea salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients together in a bowl, mixing well. Spread out onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. You'll want it 1/4-1/2" thick.
  • Melt your chocolate chips with the coconut oil, until smooth. Pour over the brownie bark and smooth out evenly. I like to top mine with crushed peanuts and flakey sea salt.
  • Freeze for 2-3 hours, until completely firm. Then break into pieces. INHALE!
  • Store leftovers in an air-tight container in the freezer. They should last 2-3 months, although mine never last more than a week!
