Chocolate Covered Yogurt Bites/Clusters
These chocolate covered yogurt bites will quickly become your new favorite treat! The inside is ultra-creamy and they are so fun to break into! With dairy-free options, these are the perfect snack to fit any dietary need. They are high in protein and only take a few minutes to make!

Yogurt Bites
- 2/3 cup thick coconut yogurt or greek yogurt
- 6 tbsp protein powder that you love *You can omit
- 1/4 cup almond butter *or other nut butter
- 3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch sea salt
- any mix-in's you'd like *I like to use a few chopped dates and cacao nibs. You could add nuts for crunch!
Chocolate coating
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
In a bowl, mix together all of the yogurt bite ingredients. Taste and adjust as you'd like (you can add a little extra maple syrup if needed). Stir in any mix-in's.
Use a cookie scoop to scoop the mixture onto a lined baking sheet. Place in the freezer for 2-3 hours until completely solid.
Once solid, add the chocolate and coconut oil to a medium bowl. Use the double boiler method or Heat in 30 second increments in the microwave, stirring well between each, until melted. Quickly dip each yogurt bite and return to the cookie sheet. Place back in the freezer for an hour or two.

How to store yogurt bites:
If you want the inside to be extra creamy, after the bites have been in the freezer for an hour or two, store them in an air-tight container in the fridge. They'll be good for a few days.
If you want them to last longer, store them in an air-tight container in the freezer. You can let them thaw a few minutes before enjoying for a creamier texture!
