Peel and grate all of the fruits and veggies that you need to.
Dice them up into small chunks.
Add to your juicer or blender. If blending, add a cup of cold filtered water with each juice recipe. Blend until completely smooth, using a nut bad at the end if needed (directions in post).
Add your juice to glasses or jars and enjoy!
Notes
Juices are best drank fresh but can be kept in the fridge for a day or two.
