3 Nourishing Juice Recipes

These 3 nourishing juice recipes are packed full of vitamins and minerals, only take a few minutes to make, and are SO simple!

Ingredients
  

Cold Kickin' Green Juice

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 4 large celery stalks
  • 1/2 large cucumber
  • 1" knob fresh ginger
  • 1 small lemon
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 small green apple

Energizing Orange Juice

  • 5 large carrots
  • 2 small oranges
  • 1 medium lemon
  • 1" knob ginger
  • 1" knob turmeric
  • 2 small apples

Sweet Beet Juice

  • 2 medium beets
  • 2 small oranges
  • 1 handful kale
  • 1/3 large cucumber

Instructions
 

  • Peel and grate all of the fruits and veggies that you need to.
  • Dice them up into small chunks.
  • Add to your juicer or blender. If blending, add a cup of cold filtered water with each juice recipe. Blend until completely smooth, using a nut bad at the end if needed (directions in post).
  • Add your juice to glasses or jars and enjoy!

Notes

Juices are best drank fresh but can be kept in the fridge for a day or two.
