This eggnog shake is full of all the cozy warming spices and tastes so similar to the real deal. It's full of protein, fat, and fiber for the perfect satiating meal or snack!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 cups milk or eggnog
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 1/2 tbsp almond or cashew butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder *optional
  • 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds
  • 1 soft, pitted date
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • handful ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add everything to your blender, blending until smooth. If you want a thicker smoothie, add a little extra ice or frozen banana. Taste and adjust as you'd like. For a sweeter shake, you can always add another date.
