This maple sea salt vegan fudge is a melt-in-your-mouth DREAM. The best part about these little bites of heaven is how easy they are! You only need 5 ingredients and about 10 minutes to make them (and then lots of patience as they set up in the fridge!) They're a healthier option to typical fudge, are refined sugar-free, and can be made vegan!
Add the oil/butter & maple syrup to a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Whisk well, bringing it to a boil. Allow it to bubble for a minute or so, then remove the pan from the heat.
Stir in the nut butter, vanilla, & sea salt.
Grab your mold or pan and divide the fudge mixture amongst it.
Place the pan in the freezer for 30 minutes to an hour, until the fudge is firm enough to add the melted chocolate.
Melt the chocolate until smooth, then add a little to the top of each fudge bite. I like to add extra sea salt at this point.
Place the pan back in the freezer for a few hours to allow it to completely firm up. Enjoy!
Notes
Any nut or seed butter will work
You can substitute avocado oil, ghee, grass-fed butter, or vegan butter
