Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup oats *optional
  • 1/4 cup vanilla coconut yogurt *
  • 1 scoop vanilla, caramel, or cinnamon protein powder
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds or chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup plant milk, as needed
  • 1-2 tbsp cashew or almond butter
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender, blending until super smooth. Pour into your glass and enjoy!

Notes

*You can sub greek yogurt if you're not vegan!
