Tahini Basil Dressing

This tahini basil salad dressings is one of my go to's! I am absolutely obsessed with it. It is perfect for summer, super easy to throw together, and goes great on almost every salad/bowl!

  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 3-4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup packed basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp dried chives
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp sweetener of choice*
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water or more olive oil, as needed
  • sea salt & pepper, to taste


  • Blend everything in a blender until smooth. Taste and adjust!
  • Store in an air-tight container in the fridge.


This is best used within a few days of making!
*Honey, maple, monk fruit, etc. Use your favorite sweetener!
