Need a quick after dinner treat? This healthy brownie mug cake comes together so quickly and is absolutely delicious! You can also throw in chocolate chips, marshmallows, or whatever you like to switch them up!

tahini

almond flour

coconut oil
melted

plant milk

vanilla

cacao powder

monk fruit

chocolate chips
Optional Caramel

Instructions
Grease a ramekin.
Add all of the ingredients together, mixing until a dough forms. You'll want it to be cake batter consistency, so use less or more milk as needed.
Add the batter to the ramekin and microwave for 1 minute or until cooked through.
Let cool for a minute before adding the caramel on top. Enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to sub any nut or seed butter for the tahini if you're not a fan or don' have any on hand!
