If you want to make them with the three layers like pictured above, you'll want to use rice cake THINS and you may want to double the peanut butter, maple syrup, and chocolate in the recipe! If you're just doing one rice cake, just add the peanut butter mixture to the top of the rice cake and add the melted chocolate and freeze.
Mix together the peanut butter and maple syrup.
In another small bowl, melt the chocolate.
Add a little of the peanut butter to one of the rice cakes. Stack another on top. Then Add the rest of the peanut butter. Top or dip in chocolate and pop in the freezer to firm up!
