Cashew Chocolate Ganache Tart

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cashew butter *danishealthyeats gets you a discount!2 1/2 tbsp maple syrup 1/2 tsp sea salt2 tbsp coconut flour2 tbsp melted coconut oil

Crust

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • pinch of sea salt

Filling:

  • 1 cup cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • pinch of sea salt

Chocolate Ganache

  • 1 1/3 cups chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup canned coconut milk

Instructions
 

  • Line a springform pan or cake pan with parchment paper (or grease).
  • Mix all crusts ingredients until combined. Press into a prepared pan.
  • To make the filling, combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender, blending until completely smooth. Then spread over the crust.
  • Add the chocolate and coconut cream to a small saucepan. On low heat, warm the mixture until the chocolate is completely melted and it starts to make a ganache consistency.
  • Spread the ganache over the filling layer.
  • Place in the fridge to set for at least 2 hours, before cutting into pieces.
