Cashew Chocolate Ganache Tart

Crust
- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- pinch of sea salt
Filling:
- 1 cup cashew butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- pinch of sea salt
Chocolate Ganache
- 1 1/3 cups chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup canned coconut milk
Line a springform pan or cake pan with parchment paper (or grease).
Mix all crusts ingredients until combined. Press into a prepared pan.
To make the filling, combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender, blending until completely smooth. Then spread over the crust.
Add the chocolate and coconut cream to a small saucepan. On low heat, warm the mixture until the chocolate is completely melted and it starts to make a ganache consistency.
Spread the ganache over the filling layer.
Place in the fridge to set for at least 2 hours, before cutting into pieces.
