almond flour

protein powder

(or more maple)

vanilla

Caramel
1/2

almond butter
1/4
cup
maple syrup

melted coconut oil

maca powder

pinch
sea salt
Chocolate topping
1 1/3
cups
chocolate chips

coconut oil

Instructions
Mix together base ingredients until cookie dough forms, taste and adjust as needed.
Press into the bottom of a lined loaf pan. Mix the caramel ingredients together until smooth. Spread over top of the base.
Melt the chocolate until smooth. Pour over the caramel layer.Place in the freezer until set, 2 hrs. Cut into bars and enjoy!
Notes
You can sub the protein powder for more almond flour.
