Peanut Butter Brownie Protein Balls

These peanut butter brownie balls are gluten and refined sugar-free, vegan, high in protein, and SO DECADENT. They make a great meal prep snack or treat!

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup almond or cashew butter
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 4 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
  • melted coconut oil as needed
  • pinch sea salt


  • Mix together the nut butter, maple, & vanilla. Then stir in the dry ingredients.
  • You may need to add a tbsp or 2 of melted coconut oil if your mixture is too dry. You'll want it to be the texture of edible cookie dough!
  • Taste & adjust as needed (more maple, sea salt, etc). Fold in the chocolate chips & nuts, if using.
  • Use a cookie scoop or roll into balls & place in the freezer to firm up!
  • You can also dunk them in melted chocolate & top with sea salt if you’re feeling extra fancy!


Store in the freezer and allow to thaw a few minutes before enjoying!
