These PB Brownie bites are the perfect quick and easy, healthy treat to prep for the week! They are made with whole-food ingredients, lower in sugar, but taste like little brownies!

A plate of brownie bites.

I love a no-bake treat. They’re perfect when you just want something quick and easy to throw together and they’re great out of the freezer! They’re decadent, while being made with healthy ingredients, are high in protein, and will keep you more satiated than a typical brownie!

What is in the PB Brownie Bites?

Protein Powder: I use Macro Mike because their flavors are amazing and adds the perfect flavor/sweetness to the recipe! But use whatever protein you LOVE. I have a discount code for Macro Mike if you do want to check them out – “amb-dani”.

Maple Syrup: This will be the sweetener in the recipe, while also acting as a binder. You can sub any sticky sweetener.

Almond Flour: This will also make up the base of the recipe, along side the protein powder. It adds a light, fluffy texture to the recipe. If you can’t consume almonds, feel free to sub with any other nut or seed flour! To make sunflower seed flour, blend sunflower seeds in a food processor until a flour like consistency and use as you would almond flour!

Cacao powder: this adds the chocolate flavor to the recipe. I also love that it’s packed with antioxidants!

Chocolate chips: Because everything is better with chocolate chunks! I use Hu Kitchen to keep these refined sugar-free! Discount code: Danishealthyeats

How to make PB Brownie Bites:

1, Add everything to a food process or mix together in a bowl.

2. Drop by spoonfuls onto a lined cookie sheet (I use a cookie scoop).

3. Freeze, so they firm up. Optional – dip in chocolate & top with sea salt before freezing!
